No, we're not ready for war with China. Not yet. I do think we're going to war with China or at least absolutely should. But that's within the next five years. I'd want to see things like multiple carrier groups heading for Japan and mass mobilization before I say war is imminent. It will be a Pacific war, 99% naval. Neither China nor America want to invade the other. A lot like the war against Japan in WW2. I don't think nukes will fly, I think a naval war can be fought without either side escalating to nukes. Winner gets to take southeast and northeast Asia as it's sphere of influence.
