I was thinking of the pic describing Venezuelans paying for things with gold flakes, would it be worth getting a small bottle of gold shot instead for this type of situation where you could use it as a fractional payment? eg measuring out 0.25 grams to buy something? Easier than shaving flakes off a small bar, assuming they don't take goldbacks anyway
