If a marine doesn't cash out his linkies and stakes all his stack in a node to live off the staking income...

Can the node be registered as a business?
Would it be wrong to assume he doesn't need to pay CTG for his stacks?
If he reinvests his staking yield into the node would it count as business expenses and thus tax deductible?

Seems like a pretty good way for laundering too, jack up the api prices and fake the traffic
