They've been doing interviews and remote call-ins from bunkers all year. They aren't really on location. In fact, all three of them probably aren't even in the same room.

This was caused by one of the feeds being cut. Same thing you see with the astronauts on the ISS from time to time. The background is a greenscreen that is on location. Bush, Clinton, and Obama are somewhere else being filmed. They are added to the background in post-production (or live in this situation).

This is why DC was so locked down. They couldn't have pulled this off with the public there. It happened a bunch during the campaign last year to. Even Trump has been releasing videos of himself in front of a greenscreen for months. None of these people have been above ground for the last several months. They're comfy in a bunker somewhere waiting on the violence to break out. The media, actors, presidents, kings, queens, major CEOs, all of them are in bunkers. If you don't believe me just go look at interviews or when the Twitter/Facebook/Amazon CEOs were speaking to Congress last year. The Twitter CEO was obviously in a bunker. He even had a TV on the wall trying to make it look like a window.
