Bought in just before the squeeze, sold for a loss as soon as I realized that nobody knew what the fuck they were talking about and were just parroting what they got told, more specifically 2 things:
>Opened an account on Ortex and they were estimating that there were less than 1 day to cover the shorts, therefore no squeeze
>Searched for "ladder attacks" and found out that it doesn't exist and doesn't make sense, everything was all made up to make redditors hold

For me this loss was very painful even though I have a good salary and can easily cover it by not going to expensive restaurants as often, so I can imagine what's going in the minds of the people who've lost everything they had and what they didn't, for them and for their families. They've fucked up their lives beyond recognition and are so much in denial that they've formed a cult to protect themselves to the fact they lives were fucked by this stupid impulsive choice.

Now I'm watching this whole thing unfold, for some reason this whole thing reminds me of the Jonestown massacre and I wonder how many people are going to commit suicide by the end of this.
