Github has over 40 million users with 2.5 million users being open source software
developers. Enterprises are joining the open source movement including Spotify, Stripe,
Deutsche Borse Group and Zendesk. Microsoft employees were the most prolific
GitHub contributors in 2018, with approximately 7,700 unique contributions (and 4,550
total contributors in 2017).

Dev Protocol offers a unique value proposition to Github, owned by Microsoft, to
tokenize their user’s open source software which is why they were invited to Microsoft
for Startups in 2019.

Dev Protocol is about to launch their oracle solution Khaos which
will connect to Github to tokenize open source software. In addition, the team will be
adding asset authentication by GUI in Stakes.social V2. This gives Dev Protocol the
potential to tokenize the work of Github’s 2.5 million open source software developers.
