I'm anxious about starting an IG music account for my music because I have no friends so itll start off with an extremely low follower count. This fact depresses me and makes me want to throw in the towel.

Any advice? I don't want to buy an account with followers since I don't want to get my account to get flagged in the future.

Sometimes I have a hard time standing my ground and not back peddling when I have a grievance or problem with someone or something, its like I air our my grievance or problem and then I back pedal and try to make the problem appear less big even though its not. I've gotten better over the years at putting myself first and standing up for myself but sometimes I fall back into my old ways of being to nice and subservient. I feel too old to have trouble with this, but I do.

Someone redpill me on Shrooms for depression. I've taken my fair share of drugs, never taken a heavy dose of psychs (high was 150ug of LSD). Has anyone used shrooms for depression and come out better on the other end? Bad trips that have long term negative consequences scare me.
