Am I allowed to have multiple Bitmex accounts and use my own affiliate links? I want to have a second account to be able to hedge my positions on swap and the fee rebate + affiliate payouts would be nice as fuck.

>uses this perfect information to liquidate retards with his tens of millions of dollars
>does this repeatedly

Why do you keep using such a scam to which you have no recourse? You literally cannot punish this person, even if he took everything you deposited.

I ignored the warnings. I started trading on bitmex 2 weeks ago. Made insane gains but lost everything during the small pump 2 hours ago because i was playing with too high leverage.

How to I make money with this? I have only 40$ I can play with, but I can't lose. I want a raspberry pi and an apple pencil for Christmas.

Rent is 200$
Bills are 150$
Food is ~130$

I can barely stay alive,
I'm alone, fat, sad.
All I want for christmas is 2 gifts and a nice meal.

>Market order
>Can be timed every precisely
>Guaranteed fill
>Price has to move ~$5 in your direction before the position is profitable because of the fees

>Limit order
>Have to guess the bottom/top
>Position not guaranteed to fill
>Price can move ~2.5$ against you until the position becomes unprofitable because of the rebate

Which is better?

Degenerate traders come to me.

Let's say I open a 10x long with 1 BTC at $6300 and I will never be liquidated (I would because it looks to me that we're definitely still far from the floor, but imagine I'll never be liquidated).
How many BTC will I get if I keep it open and BTC goes to $10k, $20k, 50k etc?

Can you do the math?
Thanks.

General thread for BitMEX users

I love the opportunities of this site, but my goodness one really has to be careful, know their limits and not get greedy or you can lose everything just like that. Once I turned $200 into $10,000 and lost it all in the span of a week.

Here is a pact we all must make

Bitcoin must NOT drop below $5000. It is a huge psychological barrier.

We ALL will 100x long on Bitmex with whatever amount we are comfortable with at this price.

We ALL will make tons of money.

You just have to believe.

This is an opportunity for all of us to come together and manipulate a market together.

We all will make serious cash.

Just BELIEVE it will happen!

Where do I learn how to properly use Bitmex's leveraging system?

Sup /biz/. So I anticipated an inverse Barting today at 6370 range, which I was quite correct in, so I longed and put a Take Profit marker at 6410.
However, the green candle went even further than I anticipated, but for some reason my Take Profit didn't get triggered. This was more beneficial for me though as I sold in at 6430 instead, making more profit.

But situations like these could be critical in a JUSTening, so I wonder what settings I should use on a TP and Stop Loss order

I tried to long roughly 0.2 BTC with 25x leverage on BitMex from 6400 and closed at 6480
According to calculator, I would have a profit of 0.0547, but my BTC amount is almost unchanged from before the long as if the leverage did nothing

What did I do wrong?

Is using Bitmex worth it? I'm still down from my initial investment and using shorts/longs with reasonable leverage (not more than 25x) seems like the only way out.

if you guys are tired of maintenance, ddoses, downtime and other suspicious activity there is always Deribit, another bitcoin exchange that offers also up to 100x leverage:

Use Deribit:

Real winners play here. And you can always hop on to the winning side of the trade WHEN IT HAPPENS instead of "system overload"
