For real though the choice for first time buyers is a deanobox new build 2 bed where developers cram as many shoddily built houses together in a plot of land as they can for maximum profits and charge you at least £200k, or buy an older house for cheaper that you have to spend extra money on so you aren't stepping into the 1970's when you walk into your kitchen or bathroom.
