I just did my first cashout for this bull cycle, had $2M in crypto and took out 25%. Yeah it's probably early but with $2M net worth I don't mind starting to diversify.

So anyways I've got $500k cash now. What the fuck do I do with it that isn't crypto. Just ape into tech stocks? index funds? real estate? REITs? Bespoke silver explorers? Everything except PMs seems overheated now, but PMs are never going to moon because JPM won't let them. Obviously don't just want to sit on cash while the fed is brrrrrring.

Also really don't want to be a slum lord or start a business, the whole point of making it was to never have to work again. Fuck ever responding to tenant texts at 2am because their toilet flooded.
