How can we trick the masses into withdrawing all their cash from their banks in a small span of time?

The people are in odd states of mind and we might be able to make them act out of desperation. My proposal is that we crash the entire banking system by withdrawing more cash than the bank has saved up. This would completely break the dollar. The fed can print all they want, but once the banks have to deny cash withdrawals and are not able to give out loans, the public may realize that their money isn't even real at last. Imagine the outrage. Fractional reserve banking will not work without any reserves. People will be forced to convert the little assets they have left into gold and BTC. We have about a month left until the fifth of November comes around. We must discuss the possibilities and realities of establishing a psy operation. Let's make 2020 even worse than it already is. :)
