Every country complies with some form of KYC and AML laws or they get their access to the SWIFT network access revoked. See Switzerland.
Once anyone starts looking at the half assed attempt at KYC that these companies used to say that they "complied" throws a bad light on all of it.
Lets say a big American company just spent a lot of money implementing some tech that some eurofag ICO competes with. How do you honestly think that's going to turn out? What US exchange (who is now compliant) would list them? What if the company was big enough to get politicians to lean on the euro exchanges?
