if everything is "priced in" why do the markets move at all?

ETH took too long. They enjoyed their secure #2 position for a long time and didn't get scalability going properly. ETH isn't 'over', it's not going away, and anyone with any bags of it now just has to wait, but you might have to wait a few years. This is the cost of showing up with unfinished products and wondering why people don't want to keep giving you money for something that still doesn't have any real world use.

The overall problem is that the market as a whole is collapsing because nothing is driving it. Without actually being able to conveniently buy stuff with crypto, the only other place left to go that's up is exchange-traded funds and other institutional things. Without that, people are not seeing enough worth left to value crypto, and that's why it's falling. We are going to look back at these times and realize, 'Wow, the bubble burst because the market is filled with a bunch of people who make big promises and have no viable functioning product, why didn't I realize this sooner? It's fucking 2018 and I still can't buy a cup of coffee at Starbucks with BTC or ETH'. And then people can't figure out why the market is dropping and blame THE JEWS or whoever.
