we already have that system, OP. it's called censorship, and us done by the Democratic majority voting on what is censored. for example, in the West, the race and iq relationship is censored, while in the middle East homosexuality is censored.

the entire point is that if your culture finds something disgusting that other cultures don't, the most dominant culture can't censor it on a distributed network.

they also halted their dividend instead of the usual annual rise which is gay and nobody wants that
