Junk silver almost always sells for a discount to spot. The only time it doesn't is when retards panic, like now. That's why coin dealers call silver buyers instant losers, they always lose and always will. Silver will go back to $10 or $15 and pmg will sell at a 90% loss. And I will buy it from them and then sell it back at a huge premium
