Fuck buying homes. Nobody is getting married, so what the fuck is the purpose of having a 3 bedroom+ house as a 30 yr old singe dude? I still want to coom in sluts, what girl wants to come into some dude's HOUSE in a suburb somewhere? she'll think i'm a fucking murderer. plus nosy neighbors? yeesh.

I'll tell you what though, I'm thinking of getting a CONDO, in the CITY. I still *own* something that'll increase in value, but I'm still in the hustle and bustle, in the middle of the action, and social logistics is way easier.
