You can buy US stocks in foreign countries. And usually a broker also has options to trade through London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. And AMEX, NYSE, etc.

One thing you should know is that spread increases on US stocks once US markets are closed. So buy and sell during US market times unless you have to, even if you trade through lets say Frankfurt or Milano.

Isnt the broker telling you which markets are available? They should have some sheet with all connections they got. I know sites with 1 and brokers with 20+.
