They are obviously in charge for a reason. Because they generally know what they are doing or have the most experience. So instead of crying about your life like a beta incel you should try listen to them and take their advice as free training to develop your skills so that you can eventually leave and work for yourself.

Not only that but you will get along a lot better you aren't a whiny bitch to your boss all day. Whenever It's review time my bosses always push to get me a raise without me even having to ask for it and I always become the most skilled worker because I take advantage of having a free mentor.

If you ever want to escape wagecuckery I seriously advise that you consider this change of mindset.

What would you guys think of a blockchain based survival game like Rust where a coin like eth was a valuable collectible in the game and getting killed and killing others could be a means of losing or stealing real life money? Would you play a game as risky as that and compete against others in a survival game to try and make money?

I want to share an idea with you guys and I want a serious discussion on your ideas.

The concept is a currency that all owners are given a fixed amount per period of time. So for example all owners are distributed 1000 /biz/ coins per month and at the end of the month all total values are reset to 1000 whether you gain or lose money.

From my initial thoughts a system like this would rapidly increase the growth of an economy and would prevent the richest in the world from stashing away capital into private accounts leading to more evenly distributed wealth and a trickle down system of economics. These ideas all work because the system incentivizes spending since value cannot be saved for longer than the given time period.

One of the major conflicts I've considered is that despite this seemingly communist everyone gets free money idea there would still be incentive to work hard and capitalism would still thrive since demand and supply would still revolve around this basic income which would probably be equivalent to welfare should you decide you don't want to work.

Haven't found much online for reference so I'm asking you guys for your opinions. I'm sure you all have some valuable insight to give so let's hear your thoughts.
