I did that for a period of a few months (last Nov-Feb). Works pretty well, particularly when paired with SPXL/U (Reluctant's method). 1/5/15 min candles with bollingers and RSI seem to do okay. Very stressful to do for long periods of time though, after three months of doing that pretty much every day I was frazzled and burnt. I'd like to start again with that exact method honestly, especially since now I can daytrade freely.
One thing I noticed was it was a lot safer to trade crosses on BB EMA rather than trying to catch the exact bottom/top of price action, but you make a lot less. You do you
