Unironically, I agree with the "Stonks only go up" book to a degree.

There's no reason to sell at a loss unless theres a bankruptcy, which even then Hertz proved wrong. It will eventually all go up given enough time.

However, there's definitely money to be made day trading. You just have to be autistic and keep track of numbers non stop.

I think I've made 40% gains on same day trips/less than a week hold and 60% longer holds.
