Nice job, Mr. Big Government, your overregulation always works wonders

How about less regulation overall so that small employers can hire more and pay better, so wagies have more options, and the big corps actually have to compete for labor

Sure. Say what you want, screech about "oo" word you want. Close your mind to any intellectual debate, if that's the level of human being you are.

But he has a fucking point.

It literally is not your money.

When you deposit into a bank, it is no longer yours, it is legally owned by the bank. You are merely a creditor, and not an important one either.

25 billion gets used up by end if March and market dumps. Expanded to 100B and market pumps. repeat till end of planned program. We extend program and markets pump again. Zombie corps last forever, DEI/ESG never gets washed out in a collapse, official inflation is reasonable and steady but somehow housing, education, and healthcare are completely unattainable. Infinite globohomo crab market led by the Fed and nothing ever happens besides all us frogs boiling

Both the Ledger and Trezor desktop apps do not need any live service to function. All that would potentially go away is updates/notifications.

Also, they are both completely open source anyway.
https://github.com/ledgerhq/ledger-live
https://github.com/trezor/trezor-suite

Also, you don't even need to use their apps. Both hardware wallets can be connected through Metamask or other wallet UIs, and you can even select a specific key derivation path if you need to.

Also, run your own node. Even if Infura/Alchemy goes down, I can send transactions just fine. I have exploited this in the past for profit, arbing NFTs when 99% of the world temporarily can't interact with the network because Infura is down.

Of course, you're leaving money on the table, why wouldn't you? I'm already NOT working one job, why wouldn't I just NOT work another one?

Okay to be more realistic, I do like maybe a few hours of actual work throughout the week at my main salary job. Mostly it's just various webex meetings (camera off, of course).

Then on the side I actually do something fun, some web3 dev work for a popular DAO. It's like an extra $5k/month

I don't know what exactly is gonna happen over the next day, week, or month. But I can tell you with full confidence and just pure fucking mathematics that if you hold tech stocks, you will lose 80+% of your purchasing power over the next year or so.

They could start printing so much fucking money that you might not lose that much in nominal USD terms. But you WILL lose in real terms

Fed is not printing money, only adding zeroes to reserve accounts

Fed is not able to create broad-based CPI inflation (yes I know prices of things I buy going up, that's not what matters to the markets)

Inflation that affects the bond market will only manifest once you have M2 rising AND lending growth. We only have M2, lending growth is fucking nowhere to be seen.

This is DEFLATIONARY (in the short term)

Powell knows it, he's scared, he's trying to convince everyone that inflation will now start to rocket up. It won't anytime soon, massive wave of defaults will cause the largest death of dollars in history. I'm a long-term bull on PMs but come on you guys, stop drinking the kool-aid and do some actual research here, it's embarrassing to read these threads sometimes

American companies don't need to make money anymore. American people don't need to work anymore.

We'll just keep taking advantage of the rest of the world by importing their products in exchange for lolbux hot off the presses. Actually we won't even give them the lolbux, just IOUs for lolbux in the future. They can't do shit because USD is the world reserve currency.

There will never be any consequences for this.

>just look at the numbers
From where? What websites? What people? You have to get your news from SOMEwhere. Why not have it come from a continually evolving feed of your own creation?

That's exactly why fintwit is valuable, because lots of accounts are purpose-built to be a stream of facts and headlines. Sure, some give their own opinions too. If you are too stupid to separate narratives from the underlying data and decide for yourself, you shouldn't be investing anyway lemming.

Here's a short list for you guys to get started. Make a new twitter account if you don't want to use your current one. Then follow these accounts and turn on all notifications. Watch the news stream that you will get from this. If it's too much then pare down the notifications to the handles you find most valuable. Pay attention to retweets/tags that you're interested in and see if the accounts associated with those are worth following as well. Continue curating your feed as you see fit. Try to incorporate a variety of different viewpoints.

Exchange specific rebalancing info.
TLDR High volume low fees = 5% threshold rebalances. Lower volume or higher fees = 20% threshold rebalancing. 16-22 assets. Index's should be equal allocation.
