So I have been reading into the principles behind the economic strategy of QE and in recent news it is seeming to reach it's final stage. Was there actual growth within the US economy or was it artificially generated through stimulus? Average wages and consumer spending are at correlative lows while banks are (supposedly?) sitting on shit tons of liquid assets that were supposed to be lent out responsibly. What will the Fed do with it's holdings? Will the end of QE have adverse reactions on the market? if so what consequences do we face in the coming years?
