I'm beginning to start a portfolio now. I'm a busy guy, so I'm going to follow the conventional wisdom and stick to the index funds for the most part (UPRO and UBT), and invest the rest in the most attractive individual stocks. I'll keep adding every paycheck. Do any of you more veteran investors have financial planning advice to make sure I get started on the right path?
