For a normie, probably a coinbase account but that takes time to get verified and deposit. But once you get it set up and have money deposited you can buy ethereum and follow this. Something you should be awware of, swaps on uniswap cost money, so have a few hundred extra or seek another source like binance.com with a vpn.
