Rubic exchange has smaller gas fees than Uniswap. You can also use Probit to buy if you really want to reduce the fees but the trading volume is low so large orders may not go through.

You could buy on either rubic.exchange or uniswap if you don't mind spending extra and just want some Rubic.

If not you just have to wait for the price to go down and hope Probit has enough to fill the order completely. Alternatively you can just raise the price on the order.
