Windows has been trying to get on ARM for decades. Multiple failed attempts. Including some relatively high effort attempts done recently. The problem is that windows only has value for its legacy x86 support. If a software company is designing software and willing to start from scratch on ARM you can just use Android or IOS to skip Microshit entirely. I just don’t see the value in what you are saying. ARM already controls the smartphone market, and thats enough for this pump
