I looked into Citron's previous calls for shorting. They have a 100% loss rate. I'm not even kidding:
-Shorted FB in 2016
-Shorted TSLA in 2016
-Shorted JMIA in 2019 then gives it a $100 price target in 2020.
-Shorts TSLA again in 2020 (they might have made money because of March crash)
-Shorted ABBV in 2018 giving it a $60 price target, current price is $99

I didn't care to find dates for the following:

-Shorted PTON, GBTC, SHOP, and NVDA multiple times.

This is the kind of person that needs to park money in an ETF and never touch it, cause they clearly don't know how to make a good call. They probably only make money the first couple days after releasing their hit piece and loss it all as the stock continues to rally. As for NIO, they'll need to have great earnings to continue the rally. LI blow expectations out of the water, so its possible NIO will too. I will however buy protective puts for long calls into earnings.
