Any vix experts here?

Back during covid crash, was vix really high for just a single day or did it slowly rise until everything crashed and stayed high for a while after or what?

>anyone got any other indicators worth looking at? not chart indicators but shit like the VIX vs. certain stocks or indices? i wish someone made a chart of something like CPI data or Fed interest rate changes vs. the SPY or various pieces of news on current events and matching them up with how the market reacted and looking for correlations, shit like that. if there are any youtube channels or websites that focus on that sort of stuff i'd love to hear about them. but either way, i highly recommend researching the VIX more if you haven't already

I was looking through my old screen shots from well over a year ago and starting to sort some of them but I found what I was looking for.

Found some really good stuff. Some stuff about all kinds of forbidden techniques. Some stuff that everyone here would already know, some with expert spins that could help any people who have been doing it for years. Some stuff that I still do not understand despite trading options for over a year now.

Even some stuff that looked retarded but now looking back maybe we should have believed and followed suit. Thinking about posting some of it. I could post it. It's interesting having all of this information. Having complete control over when to dispense it.
