Meditation, OP. It's like exercise for the part of your brain that makes decisions and concentrates on shit. Just sit down, close your eyes, and practice shutting down stray thoughts and concentrating on something arbitrary like your breath or even 'nothing at all'. Stray thoughts will keep arising at first, but just keep gently turning them off and return to your object of focus.

You'll suck dick at first, like anything new, but keep doing it. 10 minutes a day. Eventually you'll start getting to a point where you find you can shut your brain up at will and focus on whatever it is that needs focusing on. Then you can carry that talent back into real life and use it to get shit done. Once you have this, it's like having a cheat code for life. All those things you should be doing, wish you could do, know you need to be doing, but you're too much of spastic distracted lazy mess to ever do? Suddenly you find yourself Just Fucking Doing them. It's amazing.

10 minutes a day, OP. Take it out of your daily scheduled fap time and see how you feel after a week or two.
