Are most of the successful Millennials these days really just the end result of having rich parents? Is it even possible to make it these days without rich parents? Does the wealth and connections make that much of a difference?

This happened to a friend of mine when he was in his early 20's, minus the being set on fire part. He grew up spoiled, his parents sent him to an expensive college in NYC, set him up in a nice apartment, etc and long story short they fucked him over really bad and lost all of their money. He was really traumatized by it didn't want to accept it and be a man. Now, he's a 32 year old alcoholic and drug addict that refuses to grow up and makes money scamming people online because he's too fucked up to work a regular job.

I've known several people like this. They are toxic and you need to stay away from them unless you can get a job or something out of them. Otherwise, they're just gonna slow you down.
