Oh yeah sawstop tablesaws have been around for a while. Usually only used by pros who do not pay out of pocket for their own tools. Pricey. And also, if you abide by the rules of tablesaw safety you will not lose fingers. You might get hit by flying wood on kick back but you shouldn't lose those digits. People get mangled because they disregard safety rules. Push stuff through bare handed, no push sticks, etc.
