i don't think the people believe the "dynasty" in china is about god's approval in modern times, i think that was more of a japanese thing like during WWII wasn't it?

either way you're dealing with a govt that will probably resort to killing literally millions of people if it suits their needs. a major part of why i thought coronavirus wouldn't be a big deal was because i figured the chinese govt would just kill all of the infected in some quiet secluded area to stop the spread.
