they still can't forbid peaceful gatherings so ANY forbidding of public events are null and void, just fucking tell the truth so people are informed. they are supposed to be health experts for fuck sake. a pandemic doesn't change the LAW that is above any other law, all they can do is issue recommendations and hope that public shaming makes everybody volunteer to stay home.
