This, he gives dogshit advice. Pic related for example is the most braindead boomer advice on the planet. Instead of investing it in S&P500 which returns 10+% per year he wants you to pay off your home loan which has a 3% interest rate 15 years early. Taking his advice in this situation would literally cost you $150,000 you could've made.
