What metrics do you track?

I track my cooming frequency (habit tracker), piano practice sessions (audio recorded), my sleep, resting heart rate, HRV (oura ring), my weight (smart scale), my food intake (cronometer), my workouts (just a note app) a running log of activities and thoughts through time (I use an app that chimes every 15 minutes and then I speak into an app called Live Transcribe that creates a time stamped transcription I just screen shot it at the end of the day), my computer usage (rescue time).
