Let me explain the pros and cons of the job we're hiring for at RSR.

office rules:
- no smoking
- alcohol is allowed but only 2 alcoholic drinks per shift - at lunch preferably
- no social media or posts related to work, our work is private not public
- no picture taking anywhere in the office environment or on work related vacations or lunch/dinners
- maintain attempts at reducing carbon footprints whenever possible
- all paper documents must be shreaded upon the documents expiry
- maintain a clean work environment, leave it like you found it
- no workplace visitors, family, or friends allowed to the office
benefits:
- profit sharing at 23% on investments suggested and researched by the assistant
- free finance training and education on crypto markets, data, analysis, and trading
- free company vacations (several a year)
- free lunch or dinner no breakfast
- free access to company assets like cars, boats, and office benefits like fitness room, swimming pool, etc.
- random bonus assignments for extra money (situational and verbal agreements)
- work and file as an independent contractor - file only what you want


cons:
- no healthcare coverage (however if a major medical situation arrises, it will likely be taken care of)
- 8 hours a day monday thru friday (flexible hours)
- major holidays off
- paid personal vacation time 3 weeks/year
- paid sick days 2 weeks/yr
- must keep a clean workspace and clean up after yourself like at any job
- must remain professional looking with business class appearance except on casual fridays
- must maintain all aspects of digital security and secrecy regarding work related ventures - NDA agreement
- repeated abuse of the employee agreement will result in termination and the forefeit of 50% of profit sharing
- repeated abuse of company policy or gross negligence will result in the termination of employment
