Sorry to hear about your friend. What a disaster on just a QP but I’ve heard a story of a murderous kid hitting another kid in the head with a bat over 20$. Life in prison. It’s a fucked up world.

Unless you don’t smoke, there isn’t much money in weed unless you’re breaking lbs(448 grams) into quarters(7 grams) to sell. Even the oz game is fucked. If you wanted to sell oz, you’d have to buy many many lbs of flower for it to be worth it. Sadly, less traffic the better. If you can sell premium nug for a 25% markup on the oz over 3-5 ppl, sure do that. I suggest Dabs because it is easier to sell and costs more per gram. If you simply bought a quarter of dabs, 50 dollar grams all day. You’d still be making about 100-200 per quarter which is shit. The real money is selling to people with no tolerance at a markup since they don’t know. 20$ grams of premium to a noobie isn’t terrible because they will get blasted for a while until tolerance kicks in. There’s a thing called a buyer’s fee, the first time you sell a bag tell them the price will drop. If you do it right, you can get them to buy more from you more often which in turn could lead to more sales. Say you charge an extra 10 dollars on a quarter but tell them it gets cheaper the more they buy. Make sure you have an idea of what that would be and don’t do the math infront of them. Even if it’s, you spend 100$ yadayadayada but ultimately you want them to know you got them whenever. I know People who set a minimum or a maximum. “Only stuff over 40” or “I only sell grams(dabs)”. I knew a guy or swim who bought dabs at 15$/g and sold it to 2 patients for 160$/g. Best part is the price always drops but once you’re known for 35$/g you’re kinda screwed.
