Since men are required to serve for the defense of the nation, women should be required to keep those men wanting something to defend. Yes, I'm talking of a Nationalized Bootycall Program. Women would have veto power to disengage with who they match with, but beyond 2 vetos will deduct from her tax return to pay for defense and infrastructure (since men keep you safe and keep literally everything running for women), meaning if you veto everytime as a woman, you'll have an exponentially growing bill at the end of the year. Women could also put in their preferences, but those wouldn't be guaranteed as the program is a solution to the problem of hypergamy, not a potentiator of it, so if you're not the most attractive woman of all time yourself you can't expect the algorithm to give you gigachaad every week. The whole point is women doing their feminine duty, not to foster a relationship, so her wants, desires, political affiliation, etc will not be considered, unless a man in his preferences refuses to fuck a feminist or something.
A woman would also have the power to choose how often she engages with the program, but must contribute at least once a month in anyway she can (blow job, fetish only, etc) to not have it affect her taxes. Women who take on this duty whole-heartedly will also be highly rewarded with tax deductions, more welfare, etc
So, I would likely get weekly access because I just want a bubbly booty cutie to sit on my face for a good hour or two.
