On the cosmos networks there are currently 3 hubs, Cosmos, Iris and Sentinel.
Within hubs there are zones (dapps, services, coins etc) and each of these goes through their main Hub, so anyone wanting to build a privacy or wanting to send a private transaction has to go through the Sentinel hub.
Staking SENT means that you will be a delegator and get a part of every fee paid on the Sentinel hub.
So that accounts for anyone doing a transaction, using a service, using a fall (as long as these include transactions of some sort)
And the currency that they use doesn't have to be SENT either, they could for example pay for dVPN (one of sentinels dapps) in Bitcoin and you as a SENT stakeholder (Delegator) will then get part of the fee in bitcoin.

So if someone would want to build an anonymous/private Twitter they would do it on the Sentinel hub, and there by you'd get a split of each fee everytime there is a transaction occuring on this anonymous Twitter dapp.
