But my ignorqance doesn't mean that those who are actively involved in mining/recapturing any material are incapable of problem solving.
What I *do* see is doom and gloom based on numbers whose variability is not well understood and very likely (based on the poor track record) is severely flawed.
It's like global warming doomsayers who pick a date. I suggest avoiding that behavior. When the date comes and goes with no consequence, the source looks foolish.
