It doesn't matter if I fail now. They'll both be dead soon. I just wanted to try and make up for all the suffering they endured. But still. I just wanted to see them happy and care-free. My mom has been beaten by almost every man she ever tried to have a relationship and a conman left her half a million in debt and forced her to sell the house and spiral into drug abuse. My father used to rape and beat her. Grandmother taken advantage of by every family member for her savings and everything she inherited when her husband died when she was 27. She never remarried. She never dated again. Her love died with her husband Valentine and she raised my mother and my aunt alone.

I just wanted to give them what they deserved.

Weed makes me lazy, unmotivated, and wrecks my quality of sleep, 0/10 definitely a big contributor to my 4+ year long stint of anxiety and depression, which I've slowly pulled myself out of over the last year and a half.

Anons here are giving you good advice- I'm someone who's prone to depression myself so I've cut out weed, alcohol (not a single drink or joint since the new year), and even coffee for the most part. In essence I've been actively cutting out the things that I know contribute to a negative mental state or fuck with my sleep (given that the two are strongly related).

As for the rest of my routine- I meditate daily, lift 4x a week, and take magic mushrooms once a month to keep me on the right path.
