all the sources I see say non-qualified. that being said, even as a non-qual it's an OK part of a portfolio

to be clear, I'm for a covered-call writing strategy (not with your allocation though, I would only endorse writing on up to 50% of underlying assets)
I only question it and respond to your posts about it because I'm playing devils advocate and I want people to understand some of the downsides of such a strategy.
