This is gonna be good.

So this is the current spread of my dividend portfolio by type:
Real Estate: 33 percent
Telecom: 23 percent
Industrial Sectors: 15 percent
Consumer (food, retail) 11 percent
Automotive: 9 percent
Technology: 9 percent
Yearly dividend payout is about 4.1 percent.

Thoughts? I'm thinking of dropping real estate down since it shits out so hard in terms of its overall value.

So I am gonna open a Roth IRA. Where should I do it? I'm thinking M1 since no fees and I get plenty of control for a long term investment. (probably a mix of divies and index funds)

I can't see any reason to use one of the big boys I have to pay for, especially when Im not in an income bracket where I'm interested in maxing it out. (maybe if I get hired into the company im working the contract for full time in a year)

Repost but anybody watching NVTA? It's been going up steadily for a while and I can't figure out why. Seems like a correction is coming soon so I hopped off but I'm still watching closely and wondering if anybody else is holding

Reminder PLUG dipped a bit last week and everybody sold as they complained that PLUG was done.
