I saw Sergey Nazarov at SXSW in Austin yesterday. I told him how stinky my linky was, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him with price speculations or anything.
He said, “Oh, like you’re doing now?”
I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued phoneposting on /biz/, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to take a photo of him with a /biz/ timestamp I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Big Macs in his hands.
Perianne Boring was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sergey, you need to speak with your investors.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and put his big gulp on the floor.
When she took my camera and took multiple photos of us, he stopped her and told her to take another “to make sure you could see his shirt,” and then turned and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a funny meme. After she took our photo and handed the camera back to me, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.
