I'm truly humbled by what i've come across here, over the last few years. I wasn't raised religious mind you, and for the longest time it seemed nonsensical that people would devote such time to worshiping a magic sky god .. it seemed like an excuse to give up the external locus of control, frankly.

Now, now i am not so sure. There definitely appears to be a deep structural programming to it all and i only hope i live long enough to understand the creation we exist in.

With that said, however, i cant help but feel that the gods our earth tends to believe in, are but creations of the original infinite energy, and that the earth gods so to speak are merely a thread flowing back to something immense.. an even higher logos.

42, might i ask you if you're familiar with the law of one materials? To me this seems statistically more probable than other alternatives.

i dont believe in modern religions but i do think there is an omnipotent omnipresent yata yata and this is all a hologram created for us to partake in a play where he experiences himself.. so im good with the brainwashing stuff fren, nothing against your beliefs im just not with them

The Sacred Numbers 54 & 108 & 216.

The number 108 comes up in a variety of contexts. There are 54 letters in the Sanskrit alphabet. Each has a masculine/feminine or shiva/shakti aspect: 54 x 2 is 108. On the sacred geometrical configuration known as the Sri Yantra, there are points called marmas where three lines intersect, and there are 54 such intersections. Each intersection also has masculine/feminine or shiva/shakti qualities.

In the human body, marmas or marmastanas are energy intersections similar to chakras. There are said to be 108 marmas in the subtle body. Also, it is said that there are a total of 108 main energy lines or nadis that radiate from the heart chakra. Thus, the number 108 relates to the Sri Yantra as well as the human body. (Until now nobody could say why???)

The diameter of the sun is 108 times the diameter of the Earth. In astrology, there are 12 houses and 9 planets. In the Krishna tradition, there were said to be 108 gopis or maid-servants of Krishna. There are 108 forms of traditional Indian dance. In the Vedas there are 108 Upanishads as listed in the Mundakopanishad. There is said to be 108 Tantric texts. Ancient texts say that the Atman, the human soul, passes through 108 different stages on its path to enlightenment. The list goes on and on.

Sikh: The Sikh tradition has a mala of 108 knots tied in a string of wool, rather than beads.

Buddhism: Some Buddhists carve 108 small Buddhas on a walnut for good luck. Some ring a bell 108 times to celebrate a new year. There are said to be 108 virtues to cultivate and 108 defilements to avoid.

Chinese: The Chinese Buddhists and Taoists use a 108 bead mala, which is called su-chu, and has three dividing beads, so the mala is divided into three parts of 36 each. Chinese astrology says that there are 108 sacred stars.
