so i only have 2 friends from highschool that i ocasionally talk and one called me on 20 december asking me how to buy ripple ( he heard it grew alot) and yet he had no idea what blockchain is.Yet i was greedy and ignored the facts that it was the top,now in stuck holding for probably 2 years or more until it comes back to ATH.Im sure tomorrow on g20 nothing will change and we will keep bleeding until the next halving probably...My portfolio went -70 % in 3 months so no point in selling now

Okay, anon. Tell me, what has the inflation rate been for the past couple of years? Despite having abnormally low inflation, the stock market has continued to grow to unprecedented levels. Do you honestly believe that the growth in the stock market is sustainable? It's not, and it's long due for a correction. The Fed has had trouble in recent years trying to raise inflation. But what do I know? I'm just some guy on the internet.

>new owner is shady mexican lady who hardly speaks english
>60 days from my lease ending, I ask her what the situation is with my lease (renewal available, if so, is my rent staying the same, etc.)
>she keeps avoiding me, but my contract has a month to month option after my year is up, so i figure I can just stick with that for a while, even if I dont talk to her
>fast forward to now, all the vacant units have been filled up by her insane mexican family and friends
>always up late blaring music, breaking shit, leaving all their clothes in the washer

Any suggestions? I think I have to do it in writing. Also, like I said, I'm sure she'll try and play dumb with my deposit.
