I mean my family owns property here (white) and we're waiting to buy the dip too. Many of my friends who made big bux in SF are also waiting to buy the dip.

There is a huge amount of domestic and US money waiting to jump in when there is a dip, the market is permanently fucked and the only thing that can be done is densifying the city. I've been advocating for this for a decade but NO, we need to have fucking single family homes in the downtown core worth 4 million each.

They could build a 30+ level building on one of the lots my family owns but it will never be rezoned because of the "neighborhood feel" which is absolute bullshit.
