What are some things that destroy business on the corporate level (businesses with 50+ employees)? These are some of the ones I can think of, but no idea on how to actually counter them/it seems corporations don't want to counter these things.

- Waste: both human & material spending. Some jobs can be done by less people, but would bring forth more stress. Employees cost money to keep happy & they'll spend a shitton on all things used on workfloor (coffee, toilet paper, officetools,..)

- (Internal) policy/regulations: this one is the shittiest. I've been stuck for 8 months on a project, because it has been deemed to 'riskworthy' and is in compliance limbo. I hate legal & compliance. Why do we even need these people if all they do is being assholes & blocking business.

- excessive IT structures: too many programs all doing the same shit, all complicated and all requiring employees using them & fixing them. Why is it so hard to slim down on this?

- Personnel: too much hierarchy, no motivation to work, bad personnel being kept.

Any additional ones, or advice on how to solve these things?
