so how does 'mark' pricing work for extended trading hours. i've googled it to no avail.

for TDA, ive noticed it needs to be a full lot (100) if the share price is over 100, for TDA to mark that price. how exactly is it determined? value of transaction relative to market cap of security? like a $40 SP needs a lot higher quantity, (which is dependent on its cap(?))
