Turns out this works pretty great for Scleroderma, and now they are trying it out for other autoimmune diseases like other scleroses and lupus like stuff.

They already failed some of their Phase 2s, because it's a crapshoot, but it should work on Lupus (currently in Phase 2)

It's 50-50. The downside is limited, since they are near their price floor, and their upside is around 2-3x, if you look at their historic prices.
